A week of paloma activities and events in celebration of the iconic cocktail.

As an ode to World Paloma Day – celebrated on 22 May – upstairs at our Roof Garden, we’re hosting a week of paloma activities and events.

POP-UP PALOMA COCKTAIL MENU

Come along between 17–21 May and enjoy a pop-up menu of unique paloma cocktails crafted by our bar manager, Thanos Tzanetopoulos. From rhubarb to fig leaf, there’s a rendition for everyone to enjoy.

PALOMA MASTERCLASS WITH LONDON ESSENCE

You’re also invited to our Paloma Masterclass this Thursday, 18 May in partnership with London Essence. Learn all about this iconic cocktail, as well as how to craft two versions: a traditional paloma and another bespoke to your individual taste. You’ll also get a gift bag to take home with items from London Essence and El Rayo.
