CELEBRATE MIDSUMMER WITH PANTECHNICON
Jónsmessa (Iceland) | Sankt Hans aften (Denmark) | Jonsok kveld (Norway) | Juhannus (Finland) | Midsommar (Sweden)
The longest day of the year is particularly poignant in the Nordics, where the pagan festival of Midsummer means fires, feasting, dancing and flowers to show appreciation for the bright warm days after a deep dark winter.
So from 23-27 June we’ll be celebrating the summer solstice with a special sharing feast menu at Eldr Roof Garden (just £45 for 2), alongside a programme of free flower crown and bracelet making workshops in Studio on our first floor.

A NORDIC FEAST AT ROOF GARDEN & ELDR
Just £45 for 2
Our special three-course Midsummer menu is inspired by outdoor feasts cooked over fire across the Nordics during Summer Solstice celebrations.
Our main is sustainable trout cooked over a cedar wood plank so that the sweet smoky aromers of the wood rise through the fish.
It’s accompanied by sides of fennel salad, new potatoes topped in chives and a traditional skarp sauce.
To start, enjoy a pair of Smørrebrød. Choose from cured pork with tomato and birch sap; sliced new potato with malma cheese and egg; beetroot and truffle; or skagen (prawns) and dill.
It’s all topped off with a delicious summer dessert that looks almost too good to eat.
The feast is only available 23-27 June so book your table at Eldr Roof Garden now to catch it.
